Arrest at IBIS/MERCURE Lillie Road SW6

Dear residents,

Today I have been on patrol at Peabody Estate and spoken with some wonderful residents who were happy to speak with me.

Earlier in the day I was at the Ibis hotel on Lillie Road SW6 to view CCTV of a suspect responsible for a theft at the location yesterday and today and whilst there the suspect turned up to commit another offence but I spotted him and I detained him, Police Officers on my policing team then joined and arrested this person and transported him to the police station.

Thank you to staff from Ibis hotel for reporting this crime, It was nice to be in the right place at the right time to apprehend this offender who was also wanted by police for a separate crime.
